Our privately owned fully air-conditioned Villa is set on an oversized corner plot and nestles in the trees at the far corner of the second fairway.
This is a 4 bed 3-bath villa with a private screened south facing pool, offering every luxury that you could desire, including a hot tub.

Truly stunning We have tried to cater for all our guests needs. From offering baby equipment for the very young, toys and games for the children and a Nintendo Wii games room for the teens to adults. Or if you just want to sit back and relax with a book and listen to music, we have it all. Cartmel House is perfectly situated whether you are going to the theme parks or a day at the beach, or just want to live a life of luxury and stay in the villa to relax Four double bedrooms one with queen sized bed and large en suite bathroom, a second Queen with en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom and one bedroom with triple bunk beds and a family bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar includes, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer with ice maker, waste disposal, coffee machine and toaster. There is also a dining area and separate laundry room accommodating a washing machine and dryer. The sitting room has flat screen cable TV, video, hi fi and telephone. WiFi is also available. There is a covered Lanai by the pool where you can wine, dine and relax while being cooled by the ceiling fan. All towels and linen are provided. The golf club provides a restaurant and bar (wine and dine then just walk home). There is also a pro shop and fitness centre.
The community has full size pools , tennis courts and a childrens play area.
